adda Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

adda is an online entertainment platform offering casino games and sports betting services for Bangladeshi users. These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and in the event of any dispute, the most recently updated version of these Terms shall be considered effective.

Membership and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on adda and use any game or betting service, you must be at least 21 years old. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from participating on this platform. adda reserves the right to verify a member's age at any time and may request valid identification if needed.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If false or misleading information is provided, the account may be cancelled and deposited funds cannot be withdrawn. If your information changes, notify adda support immediately.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. adda will not be liable for any unauthorised use or security breach.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
• Change your password regularly and do not write it down anywhere.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, always log out when you are done.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on the adda platform can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Follow the specified process to ensure the amount is credited to your account correctly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency and Methods

adda processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) only. Cryptocurrency or foreign currency transactions are not accepted. It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.

Bonuses and Promotions

adda offers various bonuses for new and regular members. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement to meet is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000. Bonuses are never direct cash.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• If the bonus is not used within the specified period, it will be cancelled.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings from it will be deducted.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, adda may investigate and suspend the account.
• adda reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

Gaming Rules

All games on the adda platform are run according to set rules. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) and cannot be interfered with in any way.

• Each game has its own RTP and volatility level, which can be viewed on the game information page.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error or disconnection, adda will attempt to refund the relevant amount.
• If a software error causes an abnormal result in any game, that round will be considered void.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final; however, for clear errors you may contact support.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using fraudulent or deceptive methods on any part of the platform.
• Abusing bonuses or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or using another person's funds.

VIP Program and Benefits

adda's VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members can move up to a higher level based on their activity and participation.

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week. For example, if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200.

Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 adda's Authority

adda reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason or without giving a reason. This may be done in particular for breaches of the Terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons.

10.2 Member Rights

Members may close their own account at any time. Withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. While self-exclusion is active, you will need to wait until the set period expires before reactivating the account.

Limitation of Liability

adda will not be liable under any circumstances for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• Disruption to games or transactions caused by third-party technology problems.
• Login details being exposed due to a member's own carelessness.
• Service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, network outages).

adda aims to provide the best possible service, but the platform is provided on an "as is" basis and without any guarantees.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, first contact the adda support team directly via live chat or email. adda provides 24/7 support in both Bengali and English.

If a dispute remains unresolved after contacting the support team, both parties will attempt to reach a resolution through discussion. adda's final decision shall be considered conclusive in all disputes, though the option to seek legal remedy remains open.
